This short course will give you a recap of employment and interview skills that you learned during level 3. Over the past few months, you have learnt
about many aspects of the tourism industry and in doing so, gained a vast
amount of knowledge as well as improving and polishing your skill set and
therefore employability. Now it’s time to bring
everything together and take it to the next level. Once you have completed this short course, you will be ready for the next step to learn about interpersonal skills and be assessed during your simulated Assessment Centre.
